- Description
- Sylvie Clerfeuille, co-author of the book Musiciens afriacins des années 80 (Harmattan publishing) interviewed Chris McGregor in 1986. The article is divided into 5 questions: "How many times did you go back to South Africa since 1964, and did you find any problem?", "Is your style different than the other jazz influences?", "Comments on JOhnny Clegg and Mahlatini's bands", "Why recreating a new band of 15 musicians (Brotherhood of Breath)?" and "the forthcoming projects". At the end of the article there is an announcement of a coming concert at La Villette in Paris, France and at the Montpellier Jazz Festival
